•Procedure

1.Connect the Matsutec AIS device with the computer by the AIS data port RS232 or
RS422*(HA

‐102 only).

2.Power on the AIS device.
3.Run the application HA_CONFIG.exe. Below shows the illustration and definition.

5.Conecte el dispositivo Matsutec AIS con el ordenador por el puerto RS232 o RS422 de
datos AIS * (sólo HA-102).
6.Encienda el dispositivo AIS.
7.Ejecutar la aplicación HA_CONFIG.exe. A continuación se muestra la ilustración y
definición.

Definitions:

•Communication COM
The Com port on the computer that is to communicate with the AIS device.
•Communication baud rate
The baud rate of the com port to communicate with the AIS device.
•Connect /disconnect button
Click to switch between com port connect and disconnect.
•Connect /disconnect indication

•Static AIS information

1.9 digits for MMSI
2.Max 20 capital characters for ship name
3.Max 7 capital characters for call sign
4.Ship type list. Choose from the list.
5.Dimension of the ship, Bow A, Stern B, Port C, Starboard D.

•Read button

To read and show the static configuration of the AIS device.
Button deactive when AIS device is disconnected. Button active when AIS device is connected.
Para leer y mostrar la configuración estática del dispositivo AIS.
Botón inactivo cuando se desconecta el dispositivo AIS. Botón activa cuando se conecta el dispositivo AIS

•Save button

To program the edit static configuration to the AIS device.
Button deactive when AIS device is disconnected. Button active when AIS device is connected.
Para programar la edición de configuración estática al dispositivo AIS.
Botón inactivo cuando se desconecta el dispositivo AIS. Botón activa cuando se conecta el dispositivo AIS.

•Exit button
To exit from the application.

Para salir de la aplicación.
1.Select the correct com port that the AIS device is connected with. Use the default baud rate
2. 38400bps*.

Seleccione el puerto COM correcto que el dispositivo AIS está conectado con. Utilice la velocidad
del defecto * 38400 bps.

1.Click the [Connect] button on the right side to setup a connection between the application
and the AIS device.

It will return “Connect Device Success” and update the current static configuration of the AIS
device.

Haga clic en el botón [Conectar] en el lado derecho de fijar una conexión entre la aplicación y el dispositivo
AIS.
Se volverá "Conectar el éxito del dispositivo" y actualizar la configuración estática actual del dispositivo AIS.

Seleccione el puerto COM correcto que el dispositivo AIS está conectado con. Utilice la
velocidad del defecto * 38400 bps.

1.Click the [Connect] button on the right side to setup a connection between the

Important notes for reprogramming the MMSI code of model HA

‐102

Only for model HA

‐102 AIS device, you will need to restart the device to reprogram

the MMSI code.

Such as , to change the MMSI from “123456789” to “987654321”,

Notas importantes para reprogramar el código MMSI del modelo HA-102
Sólo para el modelo HA-102 dispositivo AIS, tendrá que reiniciar el dispositivo para

volver a programar el código MMSI.

Tales como, para cambiar el número MMSI de la "123456789" a "987654321",

Then click the [Save Data to Device] button.
Since the MMSI is to be reprogrammed, information of “Please Restart the Device” will pop up.

A continuación, haga clic en [Guardar datos para dispositivos] botón.
Desde el MMSI es que ser reprogramado, la información de "Por favor, reinicie el dispositivo" emergerá

Please power off and then power on the device.
After you restart the device, this pop info will disappear, and the application will continue and

complete the programming.
